Q: How do I receive a monthly check?
A: It's simple! As a ROS Member you have a personal replicated member web site with a back office and a your very own private SMART MART. Each time you make a purchase from your private SMART MART, ROS mails you a cash SMART REWARD! 

Q: Can I refer my friends for a "Membership"?
A: Yes. Simply direct then to your personal web site and tell them to click on "Join Now".

Q: Do I have to buy anything that I don't need or want?
A: No purchases are required. Buy whatever you would have bought anyway and each time you do you receive a cash SMART REWARD.

Q: What happens when other people shop in my private SMART MART?
A: You receive a SMART REWARD just as if you had made the purchase!

Q: How do I get started?
A: "Join Now" via any existing member's or Affiliate's website.

Q: Is it safe to enter my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use 128 bit encryption as demonstrated by the GeoTrust security logo. Your personal information is 100% hack-proof and totally safe and secure.

Q: Are there any special procedures or credit cards required?
A: No! You can use any card the merchant accepts.

Q: How do I keep track of how much SMART REWARDS I have coming?
A: Click on SMART REWARDS in your private back office. All purchases that have been reported by the merchant and your corresponding SMART REWARD are posted here. 

Q: How long does it take for my purchases to be reported and my SMART REWARDS to be posted?
A: Most purchases are reported within 7 to 14 days at which time they, and your corresponding SMART REWARD, are posted immediately.

Q: When are SMART REWARD checks mailed?
A: To allow for merchant return policies (normally 30 to 90 days) SMART REWARDS that have been posted to your SMART REWARDS report are processed for payment on the last day of the second following month. Processing normally takes 7 to 10 days.

Q: What happens to my SMART REWARD if I enter a coupon code?
A: Nothing! SMART REWARDS are paid to you by ROS and do not show up at checkout. Coupon codes give you additional savings at check out. Your SMART MART includes the coupon codes each merchant is currently offering so you can get the best price and a SMART REWARD too!

Q: What records should I keep?
A: Each time you make a purchase you should keep the transaction number assigned by the merchant, and the date/time-stamped email confirmation they provide.

Q: How do I check on a purchase that has not been posted?
A: First, remember the timeline. Although most purchases are reported and posted within 7 to 14 days, it can take up to 30 days. To check on a purchase that has not been posted you should forward us the original date/time-stamped email confirmation you received from the merchant. To investigate a purchase your request must be received within 60 days of the purchase date.

Q: Will ROS disclose my personal information to anyone else?
A: NO! ROS has a strict privacy policy. We are here to serve our members
